I Can Grow Flowers!

Last year, I thought it would be nice to have flowers in the flower beds under the 2 bay windows in the back of my house. I planted flower seeds and watered and waited. They started to grow and just as they were starting to bloom, the dog dug them all up! So, I gave up. Well, this year I didn't plant anything and some flowers came up. This time the dog didn't dig them up. I have no idea what kind of flowers they are, but they look nice.
